Through gentle breathwork with Katie from Solstice Breathwork, moon lore, and quiet reflection, we’ll explore this moon’s connection to ripening fruit, gathering abundance, and savoring life’s sweetness. Together we’ll slow down, breathe deeply, and welcome the season of growth, gratitude, and becoming. 🍓🌕
